1. What customization options do you offer for white label and custom orders?
We can customize enamelware through bespoke color matching across our 38-color library, custom marbled pattern applications, solid colorways, logo backstamping, and unique rim detailings across our 25+ product molds.
2. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom production?
Our standard MOQ is 512 pieces per colorway. To give you flexibility, you are welcome to mix and match different items (such as mugs, plates, and bowls) within that same 512-piece color order.
3. What materials do you use for your base steel?
We exclusively use high-grade, heavy-gauge Turkish steel. This gives our products superior durability, a substantial weight in hand, and superior thermal retention compared to lighter, lower-cost steel alternatives.
4. How are BORNN products manufactured?
Every piece is crafted in Turkey using traditional enameling techniques and finished by hand by skilled artisans. This human element ensures every piece has individual character and craftsmanship.

5. Is BORNN enamelware suitable for commercial hospitality and poolside use?
Yes. BORNN enamelware is ideal for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and outdoor venues. Because enamelware is shatterproof, it will not shatter into dangerous glass fragments if dropped—making it 100% safe for outdoor areas, beach clubs, and poolside service.
6. Is your enamelware food-safe and certified?
Absolutely. All our products are tested and certified by SGS for global food contact compliance, strictly adhering to international standards including FDA and California Prop 65.
7. Can enamelware chip, and how should it be cared for?
Enamelware is extremely durable and break-resistant. If subjected to a hard impact on a solid surface, the outer glass glaze may chip, exposing the dark steel beneath. However, the steel will not shatter, and chipped enamelware remains non-toxic and usable, adding a rustic vintage charm.

8. What are your typical production and lead times?
Lead times vary depending on the order size, custom design complexity, and current production schedules. Once your design proof and sample are approved, we provide a clear, realistic ETA. On average, custom production takes between 6 to 10 weeks from deposit payment to dispatch.
9. Can we request physical samples before placing a full production order?
Yes. We can provide sample pieces for color verification, weight assessment, and design approval before embarking on full-scale production.
